Our originality, commitment to client’s satisfaction stand us out – CEO of Delphi Metals

Awe Olutayo, the CEO of Delphi Metals

Awe Olutayo, the CEO of Delphi Metals has said that while there are many competing brands, what stands Delphi Metals out is its originality and commitment to client’s satisfaction.

Olutayo said its excellent customer experience is derived largely from value for money.

While there are many jewellers and jewellery brands in the market, Delphi Metals has successfully claimed its pride of place as one of the top brands.

With many celebrities wearing its designs, Olutayo has every reason to be optimistic about the future of the luxury chain that he hopes to build.

Speaking about the rising popularity of the brand, Awe averred that because Delphi Metals is receiving rave reviews does not necessarily equate the brand to exorbitantly priced jewellery. “For the luxury and value we provide, our jewellery is quite affordable,” he said.

That the brand is flying high is not accidental, said the Delphi Metals boss. “The idea to go into jewellery designing and merchandising came after a futile search for a bespoke jewellery designer in Nigeria. This made me realise there was a vacuum in the Nigerian and African jewellery industry that needed to be filled,” he recounted.

He further stated that before he became who he is today, he had to undergo training for four years, and founded his own jewellery company.

According to him, he not only trained in the art of making jewels, but he also learned the marketing aspect of the business.

“So Delphi Metals is an embodiment of all the training and experience I have had over eight years.”

Speaking about his dream for the future, Awe said: “From next year, 2020, I hope to begin the expansion of the Delphi Metals luxury chain into major cities in Nigeria and across Africa.”
