A Nigerian communications firm has released what it describes as the first artificial intelligence platform built specifically for public relations and media intelligence in African markets.
Cihan Media Communications launched AGENTPR™ this week, introducing a platform that runs four AI agents across eight structured intelligence sweeps covering online news, social media, broadcast stations, forums, dark social, and WhatsApp channels. The platform is the creation of Celestine Achi, Founder and
Chief Executive of Cihan Media Communications, who spent three decades working in African communications before building AGENTPR™.
“Africa does not have a monitoring problem. It has an intelligence problem,” Achi said. “What has never existed — until now — is a methodology built for how African media actually works, how African language actually speaks, and how African reputation actually moves.”
The platform deploys four named agents: CNA, which orchestrates operations; SADA, which gathers data; ZALI, which analyses it; and NZE, which synthesises findings. Together, they operate on a proprietary sequence the company calls GASD™ — Gather, Analyse, Synthesise, Deliver. The output is a formatted intelligence brief, including a presentation deck and a Word document report, designed for direct client delivery. Agencies can brand these materials under their own identity through a white-label system built into the platform.
What separates AGENTPR™ from existing monitoring tools, according to its creators, is a six-layer analytical methodology called Meaning Intelligence™. Where conventional tools classify media mentions as positive, negative, or neutral, Meaning Intelligence™ adds four further dimensions: emotion, sarcasm risk, intent, and cultural nuance. The company says standard natural language processing systems regularly misread Nigerian and West African English, particularly expressions that appear positive on the surface but follow a pattern of complaint, a recognised linguistic feature in the market.
“The most dangerous media signal is not the one you cannot find, it is the one you misread,” Achi said.
AGENTPR™ is also available as a Model Context Protocol connector, allowing users to run the full intelligence pipeline from inside a Claude conversation without leaving the application or switching between tools. The connector has been submitted to Anthropic’s Claude Connectors Directory and is currently under review.
Orimolade Alexander Oluwamuyemi, the platform’s Strategic Technology Adviser, described the integration as a shift in how practitioners access intelligence.
“One sentence triggers the entire GASD™ pipeline — Gather, Analyse, Synthesise, Deliver. Four agents. Eight sweeps. Formatted brief. The practitioner never leaves Claude. That is a different category of product,” he said.
AGENTPR™ is available now at useagentpr.com through three access points: the browser dashboard, the Claude MCP connector, and a prompt library for Claude Projects. Founding licence pricing is open to practitioners, agencies, and corporate communications teams, with a limited number of places at launch pricing before a scheduled increase.
