Margaret Adeseye, the director, Lagos State Fire Rescue Service, says firefighters and other relevant agencies are containing the Mandilas fire.
Adeseye, in a statement on Sunday evening, said the fire service received a call by 13:15 hours that a 10-storey building warehouse in Mandilas was on fire.

Adeseye said the fire which originated from the first floor had reached the fourth floor.
She said the Lagos State Fire Rescue Service, the Police, Rapid Response Squad and other agencies were already on the ground to ensure the fire was put out.
The director added that emergency responders from the Ebute Elefun and Sari Iganmu Fire Stations are currently at the scene to put the situation under control.
She, however, noted that the cause of the fire was still unknown, adding that no life has been lost so far.
