Tragedy struck early Saturday morning on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway as a deadly collision involving two trucks and a commercial bus near the MFM Prayer City in Magboro claimed the lives of six people, leaving many others injured.

The accident has triggered a severe traffic gridlock stretching for several kilometres, affecting thousands of commuters heading towards Ijebu-Ode and other destinations. Emergency responders are currently on site attending to the injured and working to clear the wreckage.

Motorists are strongly advised to avoid the area and take alternative routes, especially via Ikorodu, as traffic is at a complete standstill.
