A protest by members of the Farmcraft Centre for the Blind has severely disrupted vehicular movement around the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos, causing heavy traffic congestion on access roads to the airport.

FAAN has apologized for the inconvenience caused by the protest and has appealed for patience and understanding from passengers. The authority is working to ease the situation and ensure that airport operations return to normal as soon as possible.

Many passengers have expressed concerns about missing their flights due to the protest. Some have resorted to using commercial motorbikes to reach the airport, despite the Lagos State government’s ban on motorcycles with certain engine capacities on major roads.
