A new partnership has emerged to drive consumer satisfaction among Honda PLC,Envoy Hotels and Enyo Energy Limited which focuses on ensuring consumer comfort is priortised.
The three parties speaking on the agreement said they are more determined to offer the best of services to their customers with the launch of lastest Honda Pilot in Abuja with its initial cost of N30 million slashed down to N27 million to create affordability pathway for customers amidst the economic realities of the coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking on the partnership ,Head,Sales Marketing & Logistics of the Honda Remi Adams said,”When buying the latest Honda Pilot, you get the a voucher just like a checkbook, issued based on their directive for servicing of the vehicle which is to service the vehicle after 5000km or after three months.
According to him,”The Pilot is the highest of our product in terms of ranking and we are offering free vehicle service such that our customers enjoys the service at no cost at any our designation point.
“Every Honda vehicle is serviced with the Honda genuine motor oil which is factory fitted from the US,and it is the oil that would be used to service the vehicle through the period of the campaign which could be extended after the first month of the campaign.
According to the marketing manager,the partnership is a long term one,the benefits include the customers having a whole lot of benefits such as free service,the Enyo fuel card is another benefit.
The partnership he explained could be extended after 30 days depending on the market improvement stating that additional benefits is being considered such as offering a stay in Hotel for customers in Envoy hotels.
Dewald Kruger,General Manager Envoy Hotels at the official launch said the Hotel is determined to offer premium comfort to their clients who would patronise the latest Honda product with their best Alacarte.
Othman Abdulrasheed Enyo Retail Territory Lead at the function said the Honda customers would enjoy secured purchase with other beneficiary advantages in buying their product with the voucher card which delivers secured service in their PMS purchase.
