Haruna Simon is the presiding justice.
Chris Uche (SAN) is the head of Atiku’s legal team.
Wole Olanipekun is the lead of Tinubu
Levi Uzoukwu is the head of Obi’s team.

The petitions to be treated are five in number
1. Action alliance vs INEC
2. Action Peoples Party vs Bola Ahmed Tinubu and two others
3. Peter Obi vs INEC
4. Allied peoples movement vs ONEC
5. Atiku vs INEC and two others
The first three will be treated today.
The court is currently on break
