Prison inmates escape from Benin Correctional facility

Hoodlums who were allegedly brought in to disrupt the ENDSARS protesters in Benin had  on Monday invaded the Nigerian Correctional Center, Benin custodial center in Benin City, and freed hundreds of inmates

Efforts from the prison’s armed guard quelled the riots while some prisoners who fled the center were caught.
