Aliko Dangote, president of the Dangote Group has said that the company will release the first batch of refined products from the 650,000 bpd capacity Dangote Refinery & Petrochemicals plant into the market in July and August this year.
In a speech at the refinery inauguration, in Lagos, Dangote said the plant will meet all of Nigeria’s refined products needs as well as meet demand in the African market.
