David Umahi, the Minister of Works, has said that the $200 million Landmark Beach Resort will not be affected by the construction of the Construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, starting from Lagos.
Umahi made this known at a press conference in Lagos on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

According to him, no property at the Beach Resort would be lost and employment will not the affected.
“I visited Landmark yesterday and I can tell you that all the property of Landmark are safe and no single job will be lost,” he assured.
