Chipper Cash, an African cross-border payments company has appointed Goldie Iyamu, Pan-African marketing executive, as its marketing campaign manager for its online campaigns
According to a press statement by the company, Goldie will oversee its online campaigns in the African market and ensure that the startup signs on a floodgate of new users whilst ensuring user confidence and loyalty in the Nigerian market.
With a passion for authentic African Storytelling and his exploring of the African Continent, Goldie has managed all local executions and local content across West Africa, as well as managed events of various magnitudes featuring the cream of the crop of Nigeria’s musical and professional talent for both African & International Brands.
Prior to joining the company, Goldie worked with the Uber teams across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond to build the Uber brand and launch in new cities such as Accra, Abuja, Kumasi and Benin. And most recently at AfriaWorks, an award-winning pan-African flexible workspace provider as a senior marketing associate, where he was also part of the company’s MANCO.

The African entrepreneur holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Covenant University. He is also an avid traveler and a lover of the finer things, one may find him cooking up a storm for the ones he holds near and dear or walking down the beach.
Goldie believes in the African Continent and its vastly untapped potential, whilst also having a deep awareness and concern about the flaws in its systems thus making him increasingly passionate about the Economic Empowerment of Indigent Citizens, Wholesome Education of the Male Child, Unemployment Alleviation and an avid advocate for Equal Opportunity
