Frank Aigbogun, publisher/chief executive officer of BusinessDay Media Limited, has said the media publication is constantly creating platforms to not only address the current economic landscape but also shape the future of business and leadership in Nigeria.
He said this while giving his welcome address at BusinessDay CEO Forum 2024, which was themed’ Leadership in tough economic times.’
“Today, we are creating a platform that not only addresses the current economic landscape but also shape the future of business and leadership in Nigeria,” Aigbogun stated.
He noted that this year’s conference is the fifteenth edition of the CEO forum. “BusinessDay CEO forum is the premier gathering of investors, and we are reminded of the resilience and adaptability of many of the leaders who are here in these tough economic times.

“We are very keen to talk about how we can navigate the challenges before us and explore the many opportunities that lie ahead. Over the years, the BusinessDay CEO forum has hosted global leaders and thinkers who have shared their invaluable insights, helping us drive the conversation on leadership and innovation,” he said.
While acknowledging the support of partners and sponsors to the CEO Forum, he announced that BusinessDay has launched a policy intervention series that engages regulators, policy leaders, and business leaders.
He further stated that the firm has also established a full-fledged Research and Data Analytics team to harness the power of data better.
“We have launched a BusinessDay Center for Social and Economic Development, a foundation to help our journalists to play their social service to the society better and to be sure that they can make an impact seamlessly.”
Aigbogun announced that BusinessDay has received a television license from the federal government of Nigeria to continue playing its leadership role in the country’s business landscape.
