In line with the purpose of creating a platform where SMEs can learn from industry experts to boost their businesses using digital tools, BusinessDay and NetPlusDotCom have announced the fifth edition of the SME Digital Transformation Webinar Series, themed ‘Engaging with your customers online’, this month’s edition will hold on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
The one hour, thirty minute virtual session will have panelists share knowledge on the skills and strategies required to be successful and productive in the exploration of online channels in order to meet business goals.
Panelists for this month’s edition comprises of an outstanding group of brilliant minds which include Olatayo Ladipo Ajai, Country Manager, Infobip Nigeria; Akinwande Akinsulire, Head of ScaleUp lab by FATE Foundation; Wole Faroun, CEO of NetPlusDotCom, and Ekunday Ayeni, VP Sales (EMEA), Careerxpress.
