Bowarol Investment Limited, a company related to Adebowale Oyedeji, Group Managing Director, FBN Holdings has acquired 4 million units of the company’s shares at N28.09 per share.

These shares were purchased on December 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024 according to January 8 notification of share dealing by insiders of FBN Holdings.

Bowarol Investment Limited acquired 250,000 shares at N28 per share; 9,414 shares at N28.05 per share; 1,782,100 shares at N28.10 per share; and 1,958,486 shares at N28.20 per share.

Oyedeji was appointed the Group Managing Director of FBNHoldings in October last year and his appointment took effect November 13 subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria and ratification of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
