Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shettima have been sworn-in as President and Vice President of the Federal Republic Nigeria.
Tinubu took the oath of office at 10:38 shortly after his vice, Shettima took at 10:30.

Olukayode Ariwola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, swore-in the President and his Vice at the inauguration and hand over ceremony at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
After the swearing-in, President Tinubu would receive formal hand over from the immediate past President, Muhaammadu Buhari.
The new President will also inspect the Guard of honour mounted by the Nigerian Armed Forces after which he make a maiden presidential speech to the nation.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Tinubu winner of the February 2023 presidential election.
However, his victory is being challenged by his close rival Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party, amongst before the Presidential Election Tribunal.
