• What do you have to the women out there that are aspiring to be in business and leadership positions that may be too scared to take that leap?

The first thing I would have to say to them is that there is a God that is in control of the lives of each and every one of his creation and he has a purpose for each and every one of us. We didn’t come here for nothing. We should find out what that purpose is and key into that purpose and begin to work towards it. Find out the things that you need to do, to put in place to make sure that you succeed in that purpose that he has created you for.

Another thing I would like to say is go and do some home work, do some research. Plan, prioritize, delegate you understand me and encourage yourself even because some people ar scared of taking the first step whereas it’s when you take that first step that you can take that bold move and climb that ladder. Nothing is ever dropped on anybody’s lap, you have to go out there and take it.
