VFD Group Plc targets to raise up to N6 billion from its 270 days Series 5 Commercial Paper issuance (the Offer) under its N20 billion Commercial Paper (CP) issuance programme.

The Offer which opened on Monday February 10 closes on Friday February 14.

VFD Group is a proprietary investment company with a diversified portfolio spanning multiple sectors, including banking, non-banking financial services, market infrastructure, technology, real estate, hospitality, media, entertainment, and energy, maintaining a sector-agnostic approach.

As highlighted in the December 2024 Management Account, VFD Group achieved an impressive 99 percent growth in gross earnings, reaching N83.2 billion, up from N41.8 billion in 2023.
