A total turnover of 3.195 billion shares worth N104.217 billion in 14,674 deals were traded last week by investors on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) to close the week with an All Shares Index of 25,516.34 which opened the floor this week.
A total of 2,634.00 deals were sealed today in the market to the volume of 97,693,582.00 million shares worth N682,755,901.61 million and the market closed with an All Shares Index (ASI) of 25,273.03 shedding -0.95% .
Mobil tops advancers list with a N15 change in its share price moving from N300 to N315 at closing today. SevenUp gained N4.05 with an upward move from N83 to 87.05 per share.
Chemical and Allied Products Nigeria Plc ranks third in the gainers list with a N1.41 increase in its share price which opened at N28.2 to close at N29.
Total Nigeria Plc led the decliners with a loss of N-9.98 in share price to close at N260. Dangote Cement Nigeria Plc lost N-3.9 to close at N161.1 while Nigerian Breweries lost N-1.85 of its share price to close at N125.15.
