NSE ASI continues free fall; down by 0.58%

Stock market opens new week in green

All Share Index (NSE ASI) depreciated by 0.58% to close at 25,478.06 points today, compared with the 0.47% depreciation recorded yesterday.

Similarly, the Market Capitalization depreciated by 0.58% to close at N8.82trn, compared with the depreciation of 0.47% recorded yesterday to close at N8.87trn.

A total of volume of 402.67million shares were traded in 3,459 deals to yield a value of N1.92 billion up by 229.16% from N584.72 million recorded yesterday.

The three most actively traded stocks were: Fidelity Bank (262.92 million), FCMB (27.35 million) and FBNH (22.31million).
