Nokia rewards winners of Efiko National Secondary School Challenge

 Nokia has rewarded 15 students that emerged winners in the March edition of the Efiko National Secondary School Challenge with a Nokia Asha 205 Smartphone each in recognition of their performance at an event held at CcHUB’s Office, Yaba Lagos.

The Efiko National Secondary School Challenge is a mobile quiz competition designed for senior secondary school students to enhance learning through self-assessment, with topical quizzes around the National School Curriculum.

Speaking about the competition, Ade Adebayo, co-founder, Efiko expressed joy at the success of the challenge, which saw winners emerging from five states across Nigeria, stating that this is an indication of the wide acceptance of the challenge by Nigerian youths.

He reiterated that “Efiko was borne out of the need to change the trend of poor academic performance in Nigerian primary and secondary schools by helping students learn and compete with one another with excitement in line with the national educational curriculum.”
