More choices for travellers as Dana Air re-commences operations to Port-Harcourt

Dana Air has announced that it will resume flight operations to the garden city of Port-Harcourt next week.

The airline said it will offer services from Port-Harcourt, to Lagos and Abuja as it is scheduled to operate daily flights from both destinations to Port Harcourt on the resumption of thE service.

Announcing the development in Lagos, Obi Mbanuzuo, Head of Commercial, noted that Dana Air is happy to re-launch flight operations to the oil rich city to offer business and leisure travelers the opportunity to experience Dana Air’s world-class services and unrivalled hospitality in line with its objective of re-integrating major cities into its route network.

“We are constantly reviewing our operations and our decision to commence operations to Port-Harcourt is hinged on our desire to offer our guests access to seamless connections to their final destinations across the nation”, Mbanuzuo stated.

While explaining that tickets are now available for sale online at www.flydanaair.com as well as at designated sales points nationwide, Mbanuzuo stated that Dana Air is resuming operations with one daily flight from Lagos to Port Harcourt and a return flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos while a slight change in schedule will be effected only at the weekend.

The launch of flight operations to Port Harcourt is coming just as the airline only recently introduced a special April offer of N15, 300 for a one-way ticket on its Lagos–Abuja-Lagos route as a mark of appreciation to its loyal guests, and also to offer more guests the opportunity to experience its world-class services.”

Dana Air currently operates ten (10) flights daily on the Lagos-Abuja-Lagos route and plans are underway to expand its route network even further, linking more Nigerian cities.

The airline has reaffirmed its commitment to boosting its operations with the acquisition of Boeing 737 aircraft by the 3rd Quarter of 2013.
