We have partnered with PGL Consulting an expert in image making to carry out this programme, of which succession management experts in Nigeria and across the world would extensively cross fertilize the theoretical and practical aspects of a good succession planning.

Francis said, a good succession planning lays is fundamental to the sustainability of any business, and that is the one of the most challenging aspects to any entrepreneur. A fastidious succession planning goes beyond a mere replacement of leadership positions, to a successful and thriving transition. For many decades Guinness, Cadbury, and many other big organisations have been able to be in operation till date, as a result of good succession planning. The programme is not restricted to any organisation as long as the sustainability of any organisation or corporate body is essential, Francis insists.

Similarly, Alero Abada, the executive partner, PGL Image Consulting said: “Succession planning has always been in existence right from inception and the importance of a good one cannot be over emphasized.

With the consistency in the increase recorded by global markets, including the Nigerian market, there is also modifications and the inventions of succession models which guides any organisation in its succession planning.”
