We have partnered with PGL Consulting an expert in image making to carry out this programme, of which succession management experts in Nigeria and across the world would extensively cross fertilize the theoretical and practical aspects of a good succession planning.

Francis said, a good succession planning lays is fundamental to the sustainability of any business, and that is the one of the most challenging aspects to any entrepreneur. With the consistency in the increase recorded by global markets, including the Nigerian market, there is also modifications and the inventions of succession models which guides any organisation in its succession planning.”
