Designed for users with higher demand for Smartphones, the TECNO Phantom A is user friendly with a big screen, and elegant slim business style and it is now available at all Etisalat Experience Centres and other TECNO authorized retailers across Nigeria. Building on the success of the popular TECNO N3, TECNO N7, and TECNOP3, Phantom A is a dual SIM Smartphone which has 5 inch HD touch screen and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with a dual-core processor.
Speaking at the launch of the phone in Lagos, Lucas Dada, Director of Products and Services, Etisalat Nigeria, said that the partnership with TECNO is to bring to customers easy, affordable and reliable access to the internet through smartphones. According to him, the increase in demand for both data and smartphones in recent times has made it imperative for network providers and phone manufacturers to continue to collaborate to come up with products and services that meet the needs of the consumers.

As part of the partnership, Dada disclosed that for every purchase of the new Phantom A android Smartphone, Etisalat will be offering its customers a 12-month free data bundle on its EasyBlaze platform. “Etisalat’s most advanced 3.75G, HSPA+ Network and its EasyBlaze broadband service with speed up to 42 mbps combined with these TECNO phones is yet another example of our continuous effort to bring our customers easy, affordable and reliable access to the internet,” he said.
