The management of Lekki Deep Seaport, Nigeria’s first deep seaport, has congratulated Abubakar Dantsoho and Adedayo Adeyeye on their recent appointments as managing director and board chairman of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) respectively.
Du Ruogang, managing director of Lekki Port, described Dantsoho as a man who has deep expertise in public service and can competently and diligently steer the affairs of the Nigerian Ports Authority to enhance Nigeria’s ports’ efficiency and competitiveness across Africa.

Ruogang said Lekki Port has enjoyed immense support from the NPA through the course of its development, construction, and operational phases.
He expressed confidence that Lekki Port will continue to be supported by the Ports Authority under the present leadership to reach its full potential and drive maritime trade to hasten the economic recovery of Nigeria in line with the objective of the Federal Ministry of Marine & Blue Economy.
