Smile360 commits to improve dental service delivery in Nigeria

The chief executive officer (CEO) and clinical director of Smile360, Amy Shumbusho, has reiterated the commitment of the dental clinic to continuous improvement through regular staff training, investment in advanced dental equipment and technology, and adoption of new treatments and techniques for better service delivery.

She stated this on the sideline of the recent 10th anniversary of the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards (NHEA) 2024, where Smile360 emerged as the best dental service provider for the eighth consecutive time.

“The award acknowledges Smile360’s commitment to delivering high-quality dental treatments, innovative solutions, and exceptional patient care. The recognition has increased trust and credibility with patients, leading to higher expectations and an enhanced overall patient experience,” she stated.

She disclosed further that the firm prioritises patient satisfaction and comfort, in ensuring a stress-free experience for every visit to the clinic.

According to her, its commitment to patients’ satisfaction and use of advanced dental techniques has contributed to its continued recognition by NHEA, keeping the dental brand ahead of competitors in the Nigerian market.
