As rising property prices continue to push home ownership beyond the reach of many Nigerians, Reyfield Properties has unveiled UNITORA, a new real estate platform aimed at expanding access to income-generating property through shared ownership, with the theme, ‘Stop working for money. Let property do the work’.

Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, managing director of the company, stated this while addressing a media conference before the commencement of the event held at Tide Hotels and Resorts in Abuja.

According to Ndubuisi, the Reyfieid initiative was developed in response to the growing number of Nigerians who believe in the value of real estate but are unable to participate because of the high cost of entry.

He said UNITORA was designed to create a simpler pathway into property ownership, allowing more people to own a share of income-generating real estate while building long-term wealth.

He said that the company believed the future of real estate should be defined by wider participation rather than limited access.

“For years, property has remained one of the strongest tools for building wealth, yet many people have been unable to take part because ownership has often been beyond their reach. UNITORA was created to change that by opening the door to more people who want to build wealth through property,” he said.

Ndubuisi-Brown added that the platform reflects the company’s commitment to creating practical solutions that respond to the changing needs of today’s investors while encouraging broader participation in the real estate sector.

The company expressed confidence that UNITORA will contribute to a future where more Nigerians can participate in income-generating real estate through a structured ownership model backed by Reyfield Properties.

The launch comes as conversations around wealth creation continue to shift from traditional saving toward long-term asset ownership, with real estate remaining one of the country’s most sought-after investment options.

“People spend years building income. Few get the opportunity to build assets that work alongside them.

“Every day, millions of Nigerians work hard to earn, save, and create a better future. But building lasting wealth often requires more than income. It requires ownership.

“Property has remained one of the most trusted assets for creating wealth, but the journey to ownership has not always been easy for everyone.

“Reyfield Properties believes wealth creation through real estate should not be limited to those who can afford an entire property.

“This belief has led to the launch of UNITORA, a platform created to help more people own a share of income-generating real estate and experience the value of property ownership.”

He explained that “UNITORA was created from a simple belief that people should have access to opportunities that allow their money to grow with them.”

According to him, “With UNITORA, Reyfield Properties is introducing a new approach to property ownership, where more people can take a step toward building wealth through real estate.”
