Harmony Garden, a Real Estate Development company in South Western, Nigeria, has announced the launch of the Lekki Aviation Town by Harmony Gardens & Estate Development.
The event, according to the company, will hold on July 2, 2024.
The occasion will also feature a summit with a theme ‘Bridging the Housing Deficit Gap.’
A release from the company stated that the event was expected to attract over 7,000 captains of industry across the world.
“The summit aims to bring together industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders from within and outside Nigeria to address the pressing issue of housing deficit in Nigeria. Focal areas that would be discussed include affordable housing initiatives, public-private partnerships, financing options for developers and homebuyers, regulatory frameworks and policy reforms.

The project is an urban and commercial development type, located along Lekki-Epe road. It consists of residential and commercial buildings and will be constructed in accordance with the highest design and engineering standards.
