DAY ONE
09:00 am. – No breakfast because I am running late for church, so I grab a bottle of water instead. Oh no!!! I forgot to withdraw cash for church offering so I pay with the POS. I tend to put in more offering with the POS, don’t want anyone judging me – Cost: ₦3,000
12:30 pm. – I go to my favourite hair place, my natural hair needs a lot of care and attention, so I don’t mind splurging. I decided to do my nails as well. When I was in the UK I would DIY on my hair, but Nigeria has made me a bit lazy.

DAY THREE
7:30 am. – Breakfast is yoghurt and granola. Today is a dear colleague’s birthday, the team had to contribute some money to buy lunch. I have a habit of seeing items on sale and just buying them. Cost: ₦24,500
1:00 pm. – Lunch is pizza at KFC. Cost: ₦0
7:30 pm – My younger brother calls me up, “Hello, your siblings are hungry, please can you send us money for pizza” I had to send him ₦10,000. My main office is in Marina but sometimes I work in Ikeja, so I park my car in Marina and take the shuttle bus to Ikeja. The days I can’t meet up with the shuttle bus I have to take an uber.
