The collective net worth of these individuals stands at $31.3 billion, an impressive figure, yet it is only a fraction, one-seventh of the net worth of the world’s wealthiest individual, Elon Musk, estimated at $225.4 billion according to Forbes real-time billionaires list 2024.
Among the countries featured on Forbes’ list in 2023, the United States with the highest number of billionaires, 735 American citizens were billionaires.
However, despite the immense wealth within the country, out of the 1,000 wealthiest individuals globally, only two are Black African Americans.
