Nigerians who are eager to see new Ministers sworn in, may have to wait a little longer Presidency on Friday released timetable for activities preceding their inauguration, fixing their retreat on the 15 and 16 of August, 2019.

In a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Boss Mustapha, Presidency directed the Ministers to submit fresh copies of their curriculum vitae CVs in both hard and soft copies to the Cabinet Affairs office, in the SGF office
The statement also noted that documents for their study and guidance, preparatory to their inauguration will be available for collection at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) (Cabinet Affairs Office) from 10.00am on Tuesday August 6, 2019.
“Following confirmation by the Senate, All Ministers Designate are by this NOTICE informed that relevant documents for their study and guidance, preparatory to the inauguration of the Cabinet shall be available for collection at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) (Cabinet Affairs Office) from 10.00am on Tuesday August 6, 2019.
Ministers Designate were also requested to bring along and submit to the OSGF, their updated CV in soft and hard copies as well as any valid identification document.
BusinessDay gathered that this year’s Sallah celebration may fall on a weekend while the celebrations may be approved for Monday 11 and 12 of August, a situation that may have influenced the fixing of the retreat for 15 and 16 August
