Five traders joined the NASD OTC market last week, bringing total registered traders of the participating institutions to 124. The five traders are from Capital Trust Brokers Limited, Futureview Securities Limited, Pilot Securities Limited, and Tiddo Securities Limited.
The NASD said the individuals had completed their membership requirements with the NASD OTC and were inducted to trade on the market last Friday.
“This growth is expected and indicates an increase in the number of brokers who are empowered to deliver above board services to investors in unlisted securities in Nigeria. This broadens investors’ choice of broker who can advise and transact on their behalf on the NASD OTC platform,” the NASD noted.
