CM2_2295After extensive market research and prolonged talks with the world’s top luxury brands in Milano, Paris and London, a state-of-the-art luxury concept store was developed, with the first pop-up store located in the suburbs of Ikoyi, Lagos.

The store is collaboration between Adunmadan (In which Mrs. Aisha Oyebode is a major share holder) and STORAFRICA Group; a renowned luxury retail specialist, to bring high-end fashion and the world’s famous brands to Lagos, Nigeria, in a fresh and innovative way.

The MODAN retail luxury store currently houses a number of international brands such as Giorgio Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Armani Collezioni, La Perla, Casadei, and Missoni.

In addition to the strong brands already being carried, major fashion luxury brands such as; Alberta Ferrerri, Moschino, Philosophy, and Brioni, are expected to join the already strong list of designers at the Modan store before the end of the year.

Being a licensed retailer of these brands, customers are sure to get genuine product quality, latest season’s collections, and an unmatched international brand selection.
MODAN also plans to house Nigerian Designers as well and showcase their brands to the rest of the world through various cross public relations activities, collaborations and partnerships.

Nigeria, being the largest economy in Africa, is a big emerging market with a strong appetite for luxury brands by the growing middleclass and high net worth individuals.

Therefore, international luxury brands have partnered with Modan to expand their reach across Africa, in order to take advantage of the increasing opportunities in the growing luxury market in Africa.

The MODAN retail luxury store grants customers access to the latest off the runway styles from the most sought after international designers, at retail prices obtainable at international luxury department stores.

Customers can expect to shop in a serene environment, with the luxurious merchandise displayed in the beautiful setting of the Modan store.

Africa definitely provides a longer-term growth opportunity for luxury brands and pioneering values of joy in life and hedonism are intrinsically inscribed in the minds of discerning people.

Therefore, Modan is definitely here to stay, and plans of expansion are already underway with talks of opening a luxury Men’s store, and a state of the art luxury department store in Lagos, Nigeria.

“Visiting the store located at 1, Murtala Muhammed Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos is a journey to a new world of elegance and sophistication,” Modan said in a statement
