The federal government plans to issue N142.43 billion ($698m) in Treasury bills with maturities ranging between three months and one year on February 18, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) said on Wednesday.

The bank said it will issue 32.43 billion naira in the 3-month paper, 30 billion naira in the 6-month note and 80 billion naira in the 1-year debt.
“Allotment letters would be issued for successful bids on Thursday, Feb. 19,” the central bank said.
