  The stage is now set for the implementation of the  N812.998 billion budget of Lagos for this fiscal year, as the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, on Monday signed the appropriation bill into law, promising to consolidate on the ‘modest achievements’ recorded in the last eighteen months.

 The budget christened “Golden Jubilee Budget” as the state marks its fiftieth anniversary this year, is designed to drive infrastructure developments as it has capital/recurrent expenditure ratio of 63:37.  

  Ambode signing of the budget at the State-House, Ikeja, witnessed by principal members of the State House of Assembly, the executive arm, promised a judicious a judicious implemented.
