The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has opened its portal for candidates to print notification slips ahead of the 2026 mop-up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), scheduled for Saturday, June 13.
Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s public communication advisor, confirmed the development in a statement on Sunday, noting that the slip contains each candidate’s examination centre, date, time, and other instructions required for the exercise.
“Candidates are strongly advised to print their slips well ahead of the examination date and familiarise themselves with their examination centres to avoid last-minute difficulties,” the statement added.
According to the statement, eligible candidates are advised to visit the board’s website and click on ‘Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip’ to access and print their slips.
The mop-up examination was arranged for two categories of candidates: those who could not sit the main UTME due to technical glitches, and those whose biometric verification could not be completed during the primary exercise.
JAMB described the mop-up as the final opportunity for eligible candidates to participate in the 2026 UTME, with no further examination scheduled after June 13.
The board urged candidates to print their slips early and familiarise themselves with their designated centres to avoid last-minute disruptions.
