Osun state records six new cases of coronavirus, pushing Nigeria’s total to 190

Six new cases of the coronavirus pandemic have been confirmed, pushing the total number of persons that have so far been infected by the virus to 190.
The six new cases which were announced on the official handle of the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), were all recorded in Osun, the state with the third-highest number of persons infected.
The state now has total recorded cases of 20, placing it 12 cases ahead of Oyo, the fourth most hit state after Lagos, Abuja.
Nigeria has so far recorded 190 cases of which 20 have been discharged while two persons have died from the virus, as at 11 am Friday, NCDC said.
