Determined to leverage on technological evolution and drive the business of its clients, Workforce Management group – a management consulting firm that specialises in offering business and human resource, learning, talent management and outsourcing services has unveiled its new corporate identity.

In line with its 11th year’s anniversary, the company, which changed its name from Workforce Management Centre to Workforce Group, also introduced a new logo and website to convey the company’s strong and unique value proposition.

Bolaji Olagunju, chief executive officer and lead consultant of Workforce Group while speaking at a press briefing recently said the rebranding decision was informed by the need to ensure that the new brand reflects the broad range of products and services the company provides. It will also helps in realigning the service and product offerings of the firm and allow for better focus, depth, quality, responsiveness and value for the clients.

“Workforce Management Centre celebrated her 10th year anniversary in 2014 and naturally, we spent some time reflecting on our past, reviewing our present and considering our future. We wanted to get at the core of what made our firm the professional services firm it is today and what will shape our tomorrow. The result was a restructured, more nimble organisation and a new corporate identity which we are unveiling today,” he said.

According to him, the company has also reposition its business offerings into four segments, which include Workforce Institute that centers on learning, performance and research; Stratorg Consulting, which will focus on strategy and organisation transformation; Workforce select that deals on talent sourcing, assessment and verification, and Workforce Outsource that concentrates on onsite and virtual employee outsourcing.

“Over the past decade, the company has built a track record of working with leading organisations across Nigeria to design and implement business and workforce management solutions that help clients meet their business objectives. This ranges from large multinationals, to small and medium size enterprises in various sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas, FMCG, hospitality, retail, public sector,” he explained.

While appreciating the firms’ esteemed clients for being an integral part of the company’s success story, Olagunju said that Workforce Group is one of the few wholly indigenous owned Nigerian outsourcing companies that deliver quality that is at par with the global standards.

“With this rebranding comes a strengthening of our value proposition and how we are structured to serve our clients. This will provide us with the ability to deliver best-in-class interventions across several crucial, high value areas of needs,” said Tayo Aduloju, deputy managing director and head of Institute of Workforce Development, the public sector practice of the Workforce Group.

Foluso Aribisala, executive director and the Head of Workforce Institute, continued “Our logo might look different outside, but nothing about the way we partner with our clients is changing on the inside – except a renewed commitment to serve them even better than we have ever done. Our goal remains to continue providing our clients with high quality, responsive and value based services.”

Workforce Management Centre was founded in 2004 with its sole service being recruitment and selection at the time but today, the company’s offerings have been expanded to include four distinct sub-brands of business as mentioned earlier.
