SoftAlliance, a technology firm, has partnered with the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation to deepen its relationship and provide technology solutions to the government’s workforce.

The company made the promise during a courtesy visit to Esther Didi Walson-Jack, head of the civil service of the federation at the Federal Secretariat, Abuja on Tuesday,

Tunde Badejo, chairman of SoftAlliance said that the company will continue to deliver efficient digital systems and promised to continue leveraging technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery within the public sector.

“We are also committed to deploying best-in-class solutions that will aid the government in addressing some of the issues currently faced such as the bloated workforce and other IT gaps,” Badejo said.

SoftAlliance has been a trusted technology partner to the federal government responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), with the successful implementation of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) and infrastructure, and also the implementation of its homegrown Human Resources and Payroll solution.

SoftSuite was implemented in 2018 to reduce the FX burden on the FG and currently manages the payroll for the Nigeria Police Force, Military, Paramilitary Agencies and the FCT. The solution is also currently used in Key States in Nigeria such as Ekiti, Oyo, Bayelsa, Lagos and Niger State among others.
