SlimTrader Incorporated, a Sub-Saharan Africa’s foremost provider for ready–to-use software as a service provider for businesses has urged hotelier to focus on building their brands for customer loyalty which would subsequently result in profitability.
The company gave this advice during a growth strategy summit for hoteliers.
According to Femi Akinde, founder of the company, he said he believes in brand building as part of marketing strategy and pointed that customers would buy in to services if they are offered superior service
The forum was principally organised to help empower those in the hospitality industry in Nigeria position their businesses for greater sales.
