SeamlessHR drives digitalisation of workforce management to enhance performance

SeamlessHR, a Human Resource (HR) technology company in Nigeria has announced its plans to expand into multiple African countries.

According to a statement, the expansion was confirmed at the recent celebration of Africa Day, with its presence in Rwanda, Tanzania, Botswana, Ghana, Uganda and Kenya.

“The decision to expand into these key African markets aligns with the company’s long-standing commitment to cater to the unique needs of businesses across the continent,” it said.

It said the pan-African rollout enhances its ability to provide on-the-ground support and forge strong relationships with clients in these countries.

Deji Lana, chief product officer and co-founder of SeamlessHR added that through the lens of Africa Day, they are excited to highlight SeamlessHR’s pivotal role in driving digital transformation and innovation in African businesses.

“By expanding our presence to other African countries, we aim to bring the power of our HR solutions to even more organizations, empowering them to overcome workforce challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and ultimately contribute to Africa’s productivity,” he said

According to Lana, their vision from day one was to create a Pan-African service that transcends borders, regulations, and tax laws.

“We recognised the need for a unified solution that accelerates workers productivity to enhance overall business performance. This is why we built SeamlessHR as a SaaS to be adaptable and relevant to businesses in various African countries.”
