The Chairman of RAK Unity Petroleum Company Plc, Muhammad Lawan Buba has resigned. In a letter dated 23 June 2016, the company notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation.
“…Muhammad Lawan Buba’s resigned from the Board of the company will effect from 24th June 2016, due to his recent appointment as the Chairman of the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency,” the company says.
