An indigenous technology and digital transformation company, Radiant diGiLog has introduced a referral partner programme designed to help professionals, consultants and business leaders convert trusted relationships into commercial opportunities.
Tayo Babatunde, chief executive officer, Radiant diGiLog made this known in a statement on Monday, saying that the programme also supports organisations seeking stronger workforce visibility, accountability and productivity.
“Our vision has always gone beyond providing technology. We believe sustainable growth is built on trust, shared value and practical solutions that help organisations to perform better. Through this programme, professionals can help businesses solve real workforce challenges while creating an additional income stream for themselves,” she said.
Babatunde said that the programme would enable qualified individuals and organisations to introduce businesses that could benefit from Radiant diGiLog’s newly-introduced workforce management and employee productivity platform.
”When a referred organisation becomes a customer, the referral partner earns 10 percent commission on the customer’s first-year subscription revenue,” she said.
Babatunde noted that the company, in June, introduced an AI-powered workforce management and employee productivity platform, also known as Radiant diGiLog.
She said that the platform designed to help organisations improve visibility, accountability and execution was introduced across multiple markets including Nigeria, United Kingdom, South Africa, Uganda and Canada.
Babatunde said the launch came at a time when Nigerian businesses placed greater emphasis on digital tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes and provide clearer insight into employee performance and operational discipline.
She said that the initiative reflected a wider shift in business development, noting that organisations would likely act on recommendations from advisers, peers and professionals they trusted.
She said that Radiant diGiLog would manage the full customer engagement process, including product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, training and support.
“Referral partners are therefore able to focus on identifying suitable organisations and making credible introductions.
“The programme is open to human resource professionals, accountants, consultants, business advisers, technology partners, entrepreneurs and other professionals with established business networks.”
She said the partner model was part of Radiant diGiLog’s commitment to building an ecosystem that would help businesses to adopt smarter workforce practices, strengthen accountability and improve organisational performance.
According to Babatunde, as more organisations across Nigeria and the entire Africa modernise how they manage people, time and productivity, Radiant diGiLog believes that trusted partnerships will play a critical role in accelerating digital transformation and business growth.
Babatunde said that Radiant diGiLog, developed in Nigeria, was designed to replace traditional, error-prone manual methods such as paper logs, spreadsheet tracking, and chaotic WhatsApp groups used by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
“As businesses grow, maintaining visibility across teams, locations and daily operations becomes more challenging. Radiant diGiLog was created to help businesses work smarter, improve accountability and support sustainable growth.
“The platform provides tools that help organisations manage attendance, workforce activities, reporting, task execution and productivity through a single digital environment.
“Because diGilog logs every task assigned, due, and completed, it builds an unbiased performance record over time. A manager can pull 12 months of data and see objectively, who consistently delivers and who consistently falls behind.”
She said that Radiant diGilog would be valuable for healthcare providers, field and mobile workforces, growing SMEs that had outgrown group chats, and any business where accountability and operational visibility were genuine pain points.
“If you are managing 10 or more people across a combination of phone calls, paper and spreadsheets, this platform was built specifically for you,” she said.
