Promasalons takes Nigerian building firms to Paris Batimat Trade Show

Promosalons Nigeria, an exclusive official representative of Promosalons France here in Nigeria, commenced a mission of Nigerian companies to this year’s Batimat Trade Show, November in Paris, France.

From November 2 to 6, the world building industry’s three flagship shows – Batimat, Interclima+Elec and Ideobain – came together under one roof, for the very first Mondial du Bâtiment at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, in Paris, France.

According to Akin Akinbola, CEO, Promosalons Nigeria, Cameroon and Gabon, and organiser of the business delegation to the trade show, “It is the world’s most comprehensive showcase of solutions, demonstrations and training for all sectors of the building and architecture industry of whose major eight sectors are – structure, indoor fittings, outdoor fittings, joinery and fenestration, worksite equipment and tools, vehicles and equipment, IT and professional services.”

The 2015 session was an unparalleled venue for doing business, fostering direct contact and prospects between exhibitors, visitors and customers from around the world, he said.

The focus was on West Africa, offering attendees further insight into the business potentials of Nigeria, Senegal, Cameroon, Gabon, and the Ivory Coast.

He said that meetings with architects, merchants, property developers, government agencies and entrepreneurs from this region of Africa and the rest of the world were real opportunity to undertake new projects.

“With more than 2,600 international exhibitors and over 350,000 visitors expected, Le Mondial du Bâtiment – the new name for the three shows, Batimat, Interclima+Elec and Ideobain, which merged in 2013, continues to be the world’s leading building and architecture exhibition, promoting synergies across all trades and positioning innovation at the forefront of the sector,” he said.
