The prestigious Jericho Businessmen Club (JBC) of illustrious and distinguished sons of Ibadanland will hold a retreat on September 18 – 20, at Bayse One Hotel, Ibadan. The theme of the retreat is Human Capital Advantage For The Development Of Ibadanland.
The retreat, which will be attended by JBC members from the public and private sectors, will feature Pat Utomi, a director of Lagos Business School and founder of Centre for Value Leadership (CVL), speaking at the business gathering.
Also speaking is Biodun Adedipe, a financial and management consultant.
The JBC was founded in September 2000, with members made up of professionals, technocrats and businessmen engaged in the various sectors of the Nigerian economy as well as in the Diaspora. Since 2000 till date, the membership roll call has grown significantly, and so is its contribution to the development of Nigeria and Ibadanland in particular.
According to Bayo Olugbemi, CEO, First Registrar and JBC president, the retreat aligns with one of our cardinal objectives: “to express love for our motherland and seek greater good for the people of Ibadan.”
