Ojaja Pan Africa Limited (Ojaja) is targeting to raise up to N25 billion from the issuance of it series 1, 2 & 3 Commercial Paper (CP).

Ojaja Pan Africa Limited is a leading Pan-African conglomerate with diversified interests spanning agriculture, real estate, mining, hospitality, retail, and construction.

The Commercial Paper issuance which closes on Friday, May 22 is under its N100 billion Commercial Paper Issuance Programme.

Proceeds from the Offer will be used to support the Company’s working capital requirements, particularly towards aggregating, trading, and exporting cocoa through Ojaja Pan Africa Cocoa, as well as expanding its established retail chain, Ojaja More.

Ojaja maintains a strong financial position, with total assets exceeding N98 billion and shareholders’ funds above N22 billion.

The Company holds short-term ratings of A1 from DataPro and A3(NG) from GCR, reflecting its strong liquidity profile, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Since inception, Ojaja has demonstrated consistent growth, with revenue increasing from N15.38 billion in FY’2023 to N38.08 billion in FY2025, supported by sustained growth across its business operations.

The Company continues to strengthen its presence across its core business segments through operational expansion and increasing market penetration.

Incorporated in 2019, Ojaja currently oversees more than 20 businesses operating across multiple divisions, each strategically positioned within key sectors driving economic growth across the continent.
