Neveah Limited (Neveah) is currently in the commercial paper market for its series 5 – 7 Commercial Paper (CP) of up to N9 billion. The CP issuance is under its N30 billion Commercial Paper issuance programme.

The offer which opened on Tuesday, March 24 closes on Monday, March 30, 2026.

Neveah Limited is a Nigerian commodities export company established in 2014, specialising in the sourcing and export of base metals, minor metals, and agricultural commodities.

Proceeds from the Offer will be used to support the Company’s working capital requirements, particularly to expand procurement, optimise logistics, and sustain export capacity across its metals and agricultural commodities businesses.

Neveah maintains an investment-grade BBB+ rating from DataPro, reflecting prudent risk management, stable liquidity, and consistent operational performance.

Headquartered in Mowe, Ogun State, with multiple operational offices across Nigeria, the Company combines strong local market expertise with an extensive international network to deliver high-quality raw materials to global customers across Europe, North America, and Asia.

As part of its continued growth and value-chain diversification, Neveah has completed a state-of-the-art aluminium and copper recycling plant, with annual aluminium production capacity of 36,000 metric tonnes and copper output representing approximately 10 percent of that capacity.

This strategic backward integration enhances value capture, improves export quality, and supports sustainability in line with rising global demand for recycled and low-carbon inputs.
