Mantrac creates platform for consumer purchase

According to the company, customers who desire to acquire any Caterpillar power generation system can do so through a very flexible payment plan – CAT Finance – which involves making a down payment of 20 percent of the cost of the system and the balance payment spread for up to a period of 36 months at very competitive interest rates.

“What we are doing is to assist people in the easy acquisition of CAT’s range of high quality power generation systems,” says James Agama, strategic planning and marketing manager, Mantrac Nigeria, saying “we realise that power is essential for a lot of households and businesses in Nigeria to function. We also know that sometimes it is very difficult for them to acquire the kind of equipment that they need to power their houses or businesses.”

Mantrac is aiding acquisition of power equipment for people who desire high quality equipment, Agama says, sating they can do this through our finance programme, which is sponsored by Caterpillar Finance, and local partner in Nigeria is Stanbic IBTC Bank.

The generator sets come in a range of 12.5KVA to 14,000KVA to match customers’ power needs and to make selection and installation simpler.

In April, the company, during a one day seminar, called on road construction engineers to partner the organisation and its vision for quality and durable road construction in Nigeria with low cost of operation. Engineers who attended the seminar applauded the company for producing durable equipment that makes their job easy and smooth.
