guinness-officeThe Board of directors of Guinness Nigeria Plc has announced the acceptance of Ms. Yvonne Ike’s resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the company and has been immediately replaced by Ms. Ngozi Oluwatoyin Edozien.

Edozien, who recently resigned as a non-executive director of Diamond Bank Plc,  is however coming at a challenging period for the company when it is plagued with low earnings and recent penalty slammed on it by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

As an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School and Cambridge University, She started her professional career in investment banking at Solomon Brothers and JP Morgan in 1985. She later worked at Mckinsey & Company, Inc from 1992to 1999, primarily in the consumer products and healthcare sectors.

She is a consummate private equity, business development and strategic planning professional with global leadership expertise spanning over 20 years with experience in finance, private equity, general management and strategy with multinational companies across the globe. She is a director of Africa Leadership Network and Delta state vision 2020.
