A firm, Mac Group is set to launch a new property listing website to bring together all stakeholders in the real estate industry and create avenue where sellers and buyers meet.
The founders said the site, Nigeria Home Property, would also link job seekers to opportunities in the sector, stressing that the idea was initiated after several years of experience and study of the industry.
Managing director of the Group, Loveline Onyeka, further disclosed that the initiative has been long in the making, stressing that this is the right time to give Nigerians both home and abroad a new lease of hope as far as properties and real estate issues are concerned.
“Nigeriahomeproperty.com is not your regular property listing website, it has unique features. For example, apart from properties for sale, lease or rent, job seekers in the real estate can find available jobs in the real estate industry including property and real estate news,” Onyeka said.
“We are not new players in the industry, we have over the years through our subsidiary companies understudied the challenges facing the property and real estate industry before we came up with nigeriahomeproperty.com. It’s simply your one-stop property listing website,” she said.
